They are MSDN keys which are illegal to sell. Are they legit keys? Yes. Obtained in legitimate ways? Kind of. It's an abuse of Microsoft's system. I always recommend buying the full version, for the full price. The reason why they say "don't try to activate the keys on multiple computers", is because each key gets about 10 uses.

Everything looks complete and access is given to the software that you've supposedly paid for. Clearly a website that will collect details of cards and then will wipe your accounts out.
